NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION: What could go wrong? It is brand new, so it must be perfect, right? What are the clues that brand new surfaces may conceal sloppy work? The Golden Gate Chapter, American Society of Home Inspectors, presents a Community Education Series in cooperation with the Building Education Center (BEC) in Berkeley. Certified ASHI professionals will discuss topics of interest to home buyers, homeowners, Realtors, and anyone needing a better understanding of how to recognize and deal with defects in homes and other buildings.
